Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times :  Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods :  We offer several shipping options, including standard, express, and international. Shipping costs vary depending on the method chosen and the destination.

3. Order Tracking :  As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

4. Shipping Issues :  If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date to resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy :  We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

2. Return Process :  To initiate a return, please contact us by email or through our website. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

3. Refunds :  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges :  If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
